Storyline: An American pilot got shot down in Laos before the Vietnam War and tries to escape.

What's good: good acting by Christian Bale.

What's bad: so so story line, not very intense, not much bullets flying at all.

Bottom line: If you are looking for a typical Vietnamese war movie, with lots of big M-16s or helicopters, this is not your movie. It's more focused on the main character and tells how he devises escape plans and going through difficulties. Watch it when you have no other choices.
