Impact Point

Rating (1-10, 10 being highest): 2

Quick Rating: (skip, watch, watch when no other choice): Skip it

Story Line: Melissa Keller as a beach volleyball player facing a killer who promises to kill her during the championship game.

What's good: Nothing.

What's bad: Bad story, bad actors and actresses and boring movie. If you are looking for a skin flick, this movie only offers a couple butt shots of Melissa Keller. And I also think she is only good looking when she has her sunglasses on.

Bottom line: This movie is sponsored by the beach volleyball association? Can't they find better actresses and better movie makers? This is a cheap C level movie offering nothing.

Puzzle

Rating (1-10, 10 being highest): 1

Quick Rating: (skip, watch, watch when no other choice): Skip it

Story Line: A group of bank robbers found themselves stranded after their sole organizer was killed.

What's good: Nothing.

What's bad: No action. Bad actors. Horrible storyline. No logic and I felt in sleep after 10 minutes.

Bottom line: Why do they import this movie? I like some Korean movies, but this one is a horror.

Highwaymen

Rating (1-10, 10 being highest): 7

Quick Rating: (skip, watch, watch when no other choice): Watch it

Story Line: James Caviezel drives a muscle car to chase down the killer who mowed down his wife and who was also chasing down Rhona Mitra.

What's good: James Caviezel is really sharp. I wonder why he is not making movies these days. I rented this movie actually because Rhona Mitra was in it, after watching Doomsday, and I wasn't disppointed. Both actors gave solid performance in this movie. The movie is actually pretty good.

What's bad: None noted, maybe low in horror/gore and PG13.

Bottom line: Overall it is a good guy/bad guy car action movie. I enjoyed it.
